The expansion has finally hit. Everyone's busy leveling characters, running instances, and enjoying new content. Let's all enjoy the new things, learn the new talents, and get back to raiding soon.
After yesterday's attempts, we knew we had it in us to take this guy down. Today, we proved it. Everyone did a fantastic job on the kill, and all the endless wipes leading up to it. And to add to just how lucky we are, (or unlucky if you bring up Archimonde) we got the mainhand warglaive on our first kill.
Black Temple is now clear. What's next? I guess Sunwell is right around the corner now...
We took Illidan down to 16% last night! It's been a rough month what with summer schedules as they are, but fear not, he will die this week. Sunday, we go back to finish the job. Everyone really started clicking on phase 4, and the first time we hit phase 5, we nearly had a kill.

Armonde, aka Amerynth (one of our rogue apps), has taken the win! He triumphed over tough odds, narrowly beating Ineedatan in the first and second rounds, and finally Thirdwheel for the victory. However, alas, as he is an app, he was not eligible to win the gold, but he got all of the glory!
Second place (and the grand prize) went to Thirdwheel, aka Scuz, a total of 1100 gold! Coming in third place was Golddigga, Marrell's last minute entry, for 550g... The fair Phyrekrawzch took 4th, but being that she was actually your guild leader, took no gold at all! Ineedatan, Morms pale rogue, took 5th, and 275g.
Thanks to Silky for keeping our combatants ready to fight their next matches (and leading the cheer!), Xevell for both taking bets AND keeping score, Marrell for his camera work, and last but not least, to Soul for putting this thing together in the first place!
